INDEMNIZACIONES EN CASO DE ANULACIÓN DE RESERVA:
>Si la anulación se hace con más de 14 días a la fecha fijada para ocupar el alojamiento, no tendrá penalización.
>Cuando la anulación se haga con 14 días o menos de antelación a la fecha fijada para ocupar el alojamiento, tendrá penalización del 100% del anticipo.
>Para reservas directas con el Establecimiento: En caso de Fuerza Mayor si se produjese cancelación con menos de 14 días de antelación, el titular de la reserva debe enviar al Establecimiento documento acreditativo con firma y sello de las Autoridades Competentes (Sanitarias, etc. ) de esta manera se podría hacer un Bono para disfrutarlo en otras fechas respetando el anticipo.
