CONTRATO DE LAS CONDICIONES DE RESERVA CLIENTE-PROPIETARIO-
El propietario del establecimiento está obligado a tener disponible para el cliente la estancia contratada en fecha y forma convenida, tras el envío del justificante de reserva, atendiendo a las siguientes condiciones:
CONDICIONES DE LA RESERVA:
Una vez El Cliente haya realizado el pago del anticipo del 30% realizando transferencia bancaria en las próximas 24 horas a la realización de la reserva. Si la reserva se produjera en el mismo día, el total del pago de la estancia se hará en el alojamiento. Recibirá un bono de pago en el correo electrónico que nos indique, que le servirá como justificante de la reserva. SI tiene alguna duda quedamos a su disposición en el siguiente número 982 134 388.
MODIFICACIÓN DE LA RESERVA:
Se atenderán las modificaciones de reservas siempre que dicha modificación sea anunciada con tiempo y de forma que no altere las restantes reservas que la casa tenga para esas fechas. Deberán estar de acuerdo ambas partes, y se enviará un nuevo justificante de reserva, llamar a este número 982 134 388para informar de cualquier cambio que se pueda producir en la reserva.
CONDICIONES DE CANCELACIÓN:
En caso de cancelación de la reserva se aplicará la devolución del 100% del anticipo realizado, en caso de recibir la cancelación de la reserva con más de 7 días de antelación a la fecha de entrada. En caso contrario el cliente perderá el importe entregado como anticipo.
