- Temporada alta (T.A.): 1 a 8 de enero (Reyes), 26 de marzo a 4 de abril (Semana Santa), 1 a 14 de julio, 1 a 15 de septiembre, 4 a 10 de diciembre (Constitución-La inmaculada)
- Temporada baja (T.B.): Resto del año
Régimen de alojamiento y desayuno (desayuno continental). No hay derecho a cocina. Únicamente acceso a nevera y microondas. Incluye limpieza diaria de habitación y baño. No está permitido fumar en el interior de la casa. No se admiten mascotas.
Cama supletoria: 30 €/noche | Cuna gratis para niños menores de 3 años (sujeto a disponibilidad)
Para reservar es necesario el anticipo del 20% del importe total de la estancia. En tanto no se reciba este anticipo usted está en calidad de prereserva que estará vigente durante los tres próximos días hábiles.
En el momento que recibamos notificación de su pago mediante justificante bancario, o se disponga del ingreso en cuenta, se le enviará confirmación con su localizador de reserva. En caso contrario, se entenderá que no está interesado y se dispondrá de la habitación para otros huéspedes.
Una vez confirmada la reserva y en caso de anulación de la misma se tendrá derecho a la devolución de la cantidad que se haya abonado en concepto de anticipo si se cumplen las siguientes condiciones:
- Notificación de la cancelación con una antelación mínima de 7 días en temporada baja.
- Notificación de la cancelación con una antelación mínima de 30 días en temporadas alta y extra.
